Planted early June- all 8 plants got to be about 4-5 ft. high with substantial stems but are pretty lanky because of where they are planted and light conditions. There's one New Purple Power from seed and then the other 7 are bagseed of unknown origin.
Three pre-sexed to male over the last two weeks and I pulled them. One is DEFINITELY a female and is already showing significant white hairs. The other four have yet to show sex at all. Is this normal? My thought is that they're different strains and so possibly have a longer growth cycle, but I'm new at this so was hoping for confirmation.
If they haven't already shown sex, about how much longer to you think until these four late bloomers do?
