shady and kinda interesting ?

recently my friend bought a doc recommendation which had the doctors signature on it. he never saw the doc, just payed for it from an employee of the doc office. my friend couldn't afford getting his card for the 250, so he bought this pre signed document for 65.

if he sends this into the state of Michigan, what are the consequences, will they notice, i thought prob not cause they are so backlogged.. but wanted to get some input from some people cause Google failed to give me answers.

he wants to be my patient and i dont know if its a good idea, legally

the whole reason for getting certified is to be protected doing it this way he has no protections and possibly faces charges which is prison time not worth it imo and i def would NOT be his caregiver especially knowing hes not legit why lose your rights to grow for others for someone who can't afford a doctor visit.
