Shiny Leaves and Yellow Spots

Hi! This is my first time growing. My plants are beautiful and around 4 weeks old. I haven't had any problems until today when i checked on them. One has a fairly large yellow spot with another spot on the three lobed leaves that is shiny and slightly yellowed. My other plant has tiny pale green spots. I did just top them about a week ago. It's still minor, but I want to know if it's something I should start to worry about?? Is it just a sign to start adding nutrients?

The yellowish leaves say you should feed a bit, and I don't like the looks of the soil, but I don't think you have anything to worry about there. No promises. Try cleaning the leaves gently with a damp rag and get them (I'm guessing) under bigger brighter and more light, and give them a gentle nutrient solution drinky and they should be fine. Do you have fans in the grow area? Fans are good. Welcome to the best hobby ever.
