the tomato food is for flowering.
the baby bio is for vegging.

it sounds like the one with yellowing leaves may need nitrogen which would be the baby bio. not to much though because it is starting to flower and nitrogen will cause it to stretch. they need nitrogen for green vegging growth (baby bio). they need phosphate for dense bud growth (tomato food). if the leaves are slowly yellowing from the bottom up this is a sign of nitrogen deficiency.
