Should I just flower with half the light or go full power?

Newbie here.
If my light is at full power it burns my plants in veg, will they burn them in flower too? I have a 10 cob cxb3590 3500K (810w at full power) unit in a 4x2 gorilla tent. I’ve can turn off half the lights and have done so for veg. Temperature isn’t a problem as my tent is 74-76f. I bought the light for when I move to a larger tent 4x8 , I plan to use my 2x4 tent for a veg tent at a later date.
Going to switch to flower in a few days.
Should I just flower with half the light or go full power?
Would CO2 help?
Cheers

I have 410 led watts in a 2x4 and my plants are showing light stress.. I kept it at 16" next time will be 20"..
I've never had the luxury of too much light and thought the slow yellowing of my leaves was a number of different things..
But too much light is the only possible explanation... Just use half..

I'd say for now just use the Veg light, in flower keep it around 26", then move it down 1" per day to see how they react. If the leaves from green start looking pale, this could be the first sign of light burn, in this case raise the light 1" per day. 800W+ light is strong so you got the let them grow into it and not shove it in their face like "deep throat this baby".
So remember to adjust light height, manual should state "SAFE" Distances.
You should then be using the flower with veg, however there are some lights which only require you to switch to just flower, check your light manual it should state to keep both on or only the flower.
Most of my LEDs use veg and flower during flower.

It's not so much a veg mode but it turns off half my light or controls 5 of the cobs. The light is just 10 cxb3590 3500k. I'm going to take your advice.
