should i put the lights back to 12/12 yet??

kind of a open ended ? A little info would help.

Move that one thing to the left first. No, a bit more. Ok, now grab that other thing and put it behind. Great. Ok you are all set. Ok, start flowering now, and go over there to the other side. Great, now start to flower but like this:
Got it? No? How can i make it any clearer?
