I've done wrong by planting before I was fully ready, and now my lighting is irregular and whaked but I will soon be getting all the CFL lights I need. So I was wondering if with less light should you water less? and this keep the plant stagnant in its growth. any advice would be appreciated

~cheers~

No, you dont want to water less because of insufficent light.

Get a moisture meter, they are very cheap at home deopt, lowes and walmart.

You should only water when the soil dries out completley. Then, slowly water the entire pot until you see it drip out of the holes in bottom.

Get more lights and a timer asap, good luck
