Should I worry? pics

Ok, let be give you alittle backround on plants 2 different stains Sour P(Sour Diesel x HP-13) Mataro Blue (Blue Moonshine x White Widow) x Labanca). The Sour P is 11 days old from seed and the Mataro Blue is 12 days old from seed. Growing meadium is 2 parts coco coir, 2 parts ocean forest, 1 part perlite. Lighting is 1 85 watt CFL 6500k and 2 26 watt cfl's. Watering only with PHed balanced 6.4 Poland Spring water. The Sour P has had mutated growth since birth but now I'm seems the bottom leaves are yellowing and dying and the newer leaves are light green almost yellow. As for the Mataro Blue the bottom leaves seem to be dying and the rest of the plant has burt tips but no yellowing. Anyways here are the pics First 2 pics are Sour P and last 2 pics are Mataro Blue. Just woundering if I should start to worry? Also if there is a problem what it might be?

K, so I just watered with 6.5 water and my run off is 7.8. First off how the hell did my ph get that high? I've ALWAYS watered with ph balanced water at 6.4 to 6.5.

So I flushed each plant with 2 18oz cups of phed water 6.0. We will see if it helps
