Thanks. You can use lots of different brands, but I used:
- a dslr camera (Sony Alpha SLT A77 mark 2)
- macro lens (Sigma 180mm macro)
- extension tubes for extra magnification
- a stand to keep the camera steady
- remote control or time release on the camera to stop camera shake from pressing the shutter
- panoramic slide rail to make moving the camera back and forth easier
- two softbox flashes
- Z-stacking software to combine multiple photos with different focal points into one
- a ton of patience :)
thanks:shock:

This would be interesting to see, there can be such a wide range and all seem to work:
No CO2, 24/7 air exchange
Temps: 80 +-2 Lights ON and 80-85F Lights OFF ((negative DIF)
RH: 55-60% Lights ON and 50-55% Lights OFF
Results:

Yeah, started out as an experiment about 6 runs ago, after seeing those type of results I'm running it constantly now. It also helped with maintaining RH lower in the dark cycle so got rid of my PM issues altogether, win-win.

I used to do that to control stretch, but i would run into some necrosis after an ext3nded time. No troubles with that past 5 weeks or so?

Have done several runs and no issues, plants have responded well. Keeping the PM in check was my initial driver to run my dehuey lights out, that gives me the temps I want and keeps RH down.

I run y dehuey lights out too but cooler temps up here keep the ambient temp down in the basment so my room cools off eventually right down to 68 with the deuy heat...

So i got a bit worried with 15 - 20 deg dif...not knowing the strain im running right now...

Mine runs pretty well constant on/off through the dark cycle so it keeps the temps up, will have a harder time through the winter though.
