Showing sex early during Veg..

I tried to post this a few days ago, but it didn't seem to work- So sorry if it's a duplicate...

When growing out a pack of seeds, I generally try to pay as much attention to the plants so I can choose the pheno that best applies... My question is:

What does it mean, if anything, if a few plants show their sex earlier than the rest during veg. Meaning, they're showing their pre-flowers earlier than the others... What qualities can I expect from these few plants, opposed to the others?

Also:

I once had a plant in veg, 24/0, and it started to pre-flower, and then it started to ALMOST flower under 24/0 lighting. It's been like that for a couple months now. Almost like its autoflowering, but not quite. Just very, very, heavy preflowering.. Its kinda hard to explain, I'll show pics if I can get a chance...

24/0 lighting has actually been shown to stress plants and even throw them into flower. There are also certain genetics that won't stay in veg for as long as you'd like. Is that plant showing any signs of 3 leaved fan leaves or anything? What strain is it? Feminized seeds? Some plants just mature a lil' faster than others. The longer you let a plant mature, the shorter the transition from veg to flower.

The strain in Chronic by Serious Seeds. I dont see any 3 leaved fan leaves or any abnormal growth and there was no stress that I can recall. They were regular seeds, not feminized seeds. I wonder if there was any rederalis (spelling?) genes in Chronic's lineage?
