heya i started a batch of B+, and in about 3/4 of my glass jars theres alot of real dark almost black stuff(mold i assume) along with the white mycelium, just wondering if these are contaminated? cause i have read alot that the most common thing that will fuck ur shrooms is a blue mold i think? maybe green? but i have never heard of black so thought id just make sure

Seeing a picture would help but there is a black bacteria called bacillus which is dangerous and often grows with mushroom cultures. If that is what it is you should ditch the project immediately as any shrooms produced off of a bacillus infected cake can be hazardous to your health.

That green mold would be trichoderma commonly called just trich. I would put it outside, sunlight is in some cases able to remedy small infections.

The reason sunlight will kill small infections is the UV-C or germicidal UV spectrum which neutralizes spores this will only work if the infection is only based on the surface. you cannot penetrate enough to kill a deep seeded infection. prolonged exposure to UV-c light will kill mycelium as well.
