Silver Haze #9 250 hps

whats up everyone! well my new project is silver haze #9 , this is my first attemp to grow sativa seed , my baby is only 17 days and my room it has 1,20 cm(clean height) , i use Biobizz fertilizers and today became watering with 700 ppm feed on 4 litrle pot , my soilmix is 3 litrle black peat and
1 kg + - geo humus red and extra perlite .

Room specs

Hps 250 dual spectrum
bulb distance 40 cm
tent 1,40 cm
lighting time 18/6

LED and other Lighting hps is other lighting or go wrong? anyway is there any mod to transport my thread in the right area?
