Simple fix

Hey guys I love this website so much its incredible. I've been reading about growing for about a month now and i've finally decided to take a shot. I got 10 bagseeds from a good friend and i've been told they are fire and og kush. So anyways i germinated one seed just to try and it went nicely. I had it under a 50 watt halogen bulb for the first week to get it to sprout up. I continued to light it with this bulb for another week until it became about 4 inches tall and getting its first two nodes. It got pretty tall (about 6 inches) and now its sagging over. Its one month into its growth and i just placed it two inches under a cool flourescent bulb. I've been told lack of correct artificial light is my problem. I know halogen bulbs suck now but will the flourescent fix my problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
