Simple yet effective nutrient line?

I've grown mostly with the GH maxi series. It did alright. I'm still a mediocre grower and I understand that any pro will get good results from most nutrient lines. but i'm looking for something simple for those of us still developing our green thumb.

Right now im growing in SS advanced #4 mixed with perlite and EWC. A friend of mine who grows some pretty great bud suggested getting either the Gh 3 part or the canna series. I'd like to know the RIU thinks. I always had deficiencies in flower growing with the maxi series. I'd like to step it up a notch. preferably without breaking the bank, im not down for the overpriced AN line etc.

but what if you had these issues with all the others, and found the AN line cured them? then what, huh?:eyesmoke:

It's expensive and expansive. Not magic. These are user errors mostly. A solid nutrient line is available from most brands. I just don't know too much about them

yeah, I know, puling your chain is all.
I used a dozen or so different lines of hydro nutes in the past. I really enjoyed some, others were a pain for me to use, some whacked ph all over the map and some didnt.
I ended with Dutch Master Gold
gh, foxfarm, maxi bloom, sensi, Humboldt, house and garden, GO, earth juice, emerald harvest,Atami, canna, AN and Technaflora come to mind.

From memory Fox farm was the most troublesome, technaflora was exciting affordable, complicated, atami was expensive, seemed strange to me, AN worked every time, and you paid for it too, Sensi disappointed me, DM Gold was good, easy, not cheap, but not the best, just what worked with my grow habits.
for just myself in a 12 plant grow I would go with Technaflora kits. they really did the job well and served the tinkerer too with precise measurements of multiple items and different times. I followed directions with every one, I didnt experience user errors, was lucky with pro rooms from the start, lots of room and controls. Had plenty of leaks though, cracked totes, broken water lines, floods, ph snafus, until I stopped the panic and went organic, promix and organicare and water, thats it , better taste than any of the above nutrient delivery systems/bottles, no floods, no surprises, no ph, no fuss

compost extract leads to compost tea/ ACCT

extract is bulk feeding of the good stuff

right now is a good time in your grow experience

to decide to go organic or artificial salts

good luck

I will learn to compost in the future. I will eventually make my own soil. As for right this moment its a bit expensive to just pick up and do, and I have no idea what my ratios should be. For the time being I think my time is better served going artificial.

Expanded Strength - While natural supplements may build the odor and taste of buds, substance supplements may build the power.
Quicker Development - Synthetic supplements give supplements to plants in the most simple to-retain shapes conceivable. This outcomes in to some degree speedier development than if the supplements must be separated in the dirt by a settlement of microorganisms before they end up plainly accessible to your plant.
Choice for Hydro - These are the best cannabis supplements for hydroponic frameworks since they are more averse to make stuff develop in the water store. Be that as it may, concoction supplements can likewise be an extraordinary decision for soil or coco in light of the expanded power and quicker development!

The easiest and simplest for synthetic is dynagro foliage pro one part. All macro and micro in one bottle.
I have heard that DG makes a good product available all in one bottle. But what confuses me is that I thought having more nitrogen in the flower cycle was really bad for flower production? I wonder how that works. but I have seen great pictures from users like homebrewer.

Nah. More N in flower is not bad. Just nutrient companies making people buy two sets of nutes.

Cannabis specific nutes, boosters and such are just snake oil.

Its a plant like any other.

Dynagro makes a couple one part formulas. The other is more balanced.

They also have a bloom blend for those strains that really need a little extra P and K in flower.

The 9-3-6 foliage pro works just fine. Works pretty good.

Not a pro but I did find that with some of my girls a high N seemed to prolong finishing but all anecdotal as I never did side by's.

i love the gh maxi series.. i just mix the grow n bloom for the first 3 weeks in bloom then go full bloom till finish.. works great no early yellowing anymore.. i used the gh flora line to,, works great but a bit more expensive and running a 50 galloon rez in bloom and a 30 gallon rez in veg,, i buy the 16lb tubs of maxi,, the bloom lasts me 10-12 months wile the grow tub lasts almost 2 years...i did testing of nutes back in 2000,, nothing yields with a low cost like maxi..i also tested bloom boosters,,only one did anything,,, the powder gh koolbloom,,the liquid not worth the money,,but the powder makes plants finish 3-5 days sooner than plants not given koolbloom..
