Simplest Nutes?

Been using the search function to no avail.... doing stuff like "simple nutes" "noob nutes" "noob guide"... it's hopeless LOL.

So I'm about to do a small grow tent with a 300w COB (Thanks @Rahz @Olive Drab Green!), DWC setup for 2 or 4 plants. And after sifting through the forum... everyone seems to be using a gangload of nutes. Bloom this, flower that, sugarwhat, ka-pow holla, etc... it's madness to me right now, haha.

There anyone out there who just uses like... 1 thing? Something super simple for a nub like me? I WAS leaning towards dyna-gro because initially I read here that is was simple, but then I read more and then it seems there are more variations PRO, foliage, gaaaah.....

Help? ;)

It's much easier if you find a nutrient schedule to follow. I like Dyna Grow Foliage Pro...just follow the schedule with Foliage Pro and Bloom and you should be good to go.

Whatever nutrients you end up with, look for the nutrient schedule to help educate you about what to use and when.

I personally prefer Roots Organics (Soul Synthetics if running synthetic or hydro.). They also have a master schedule you can follow. Their player packs for either are $50, except the Organic Dry Nutrients Player Pack which I use; that one's $70-$80.

In DWC, you will want to roll with their Soul Synthetics Player Pack.

The simplest nutrient solution to use is the one that works best for your growing style & environment. With that in mind, I have found Dyna-Gro Foliage Pro works the best for me.

General hydroponics Maxi-Gro and Maxi-Bloom, honestly u really only need the bloom if u want to get really really simple but its better if u use both Gro for veg and then transition to bloom

It's not better if you use the Grow - the Bloom has all the nitrogen required for your plant, plus additional calcium and magnesium. It is basically the Lucas Formula in a simple powdered form - costs about $0.11 cents per gallon. Google both Lucas Formula and KISS Method for more info. I never have a discolored leaf.

Look into elite nutrients, only 5 total bottles in the whole lineup and very great results, I used technaflora and the elite blew them away.

I agree, this works well and grows great bud. To date however, Ive never seen any result from K-L-N.

I recently switched to dry salts, making up stock solutions from base compounds and some biostimulants.

Quick and simple and full control/articulation of feed.

You won't beat the cost, either.

I make all these from dry, twice a month.
