Get a packet of the Betty Crockers Cookie mix (about 1.50$ us.) one egg half a cup butter or oil
and well I am using about 15g of Keif you can use a bit less..
I have a high tolerence and nee about 2-3 g of weed to get the pain releif I need.
bake the keif in a pyrex or tinfoil container for about 15-25mins depends on the ammount I cooked mine for 30 mins
at 225-250
mix the cookie mix add the kief once your done baking it and then cook like normal
a bag will make about 10-15 cookies each with about 1g of keif in it... should be nice and comfy by noon...
