It does not matter since the federal government announced that cannabis will be legal and we will be allowed up to 4 plants per household as of july 2018.
Single plant, 600w, 4x4 Dwc ScrOG.

True. However the plant count is up to the province. So your province could limit it to 1. I'm hoping that doesn't happen here

Actually last week the province of Quebec gave their plan for the bill 104 (I think, the one for cannabis) and they didn't want to allow us to grow and it would be tolerance 0 for driving. The federal told them that their guidelines had to be respected.
