Slimey water tank

Hello guys!

A year ago I moved, so my water changed, problems started...

My well water is rich in calcium and the ph is >9. Using it resulted in magnesium deficency. So I used rain water, resulted in calcium deficency (no calcium in bio canna nutrients). Got my lesson, so now I am using 50:50 well / rain water, and collect it in a 40l bucket (light proof). I add a little vinegar to drop ph under 7, and effective microorganisms. After 3-5 day it starts to smell strange (even when I don't added anyhing) and the walls of the bucket getting slimey. I tried adding an air pump for 80l aquarium, nothing changed. Water getting with 70-75F slighty warm.

I am growing in soil and want to use 3x 2gallon smart pots with blumat dripper. My plants are small, so more than a little nutrient addition in flower shouldn't be necessary (which I would like to apply continously within the tank). I've always grown in diffrent organic fashions, but I would also switch to something else (AN ph perfect?) to get rid of ph problems, suggestions? But more important for now is this slimey tank, which I can't get solved, to finally install blumats. Maybe you habe an idea?!

use ph down to adjust your ph.
you need to sanitize the water as it sits, zone, chlorine, probably some other stuff would do it. I feel ya on the water change issues
