slow growth in early flower(First Grow)

By the looks of it I'm overfeeding and I do 2-3ml/gallon of calmag
Over feeding is plant subjective not dosage.

You got pics of this 2 gram per watt grow in a 2x2 using 100w?
Very much possible given enough time, it's not far fatched.

I hanged the light down (now at 16inches 100w not dimmable) maximum height, did more LST and defoliation for better air exchange. Gonna observe in the next days signs of bounce or light stress
Light stress ? From 100w ?
Make sure your fans don't blow directly at the plants, and make sure your in the right temp and Rh which you didn't tell us until now I think

My temprature is always between 20-25 celsuis acording to the breeder the optimal is 18-25 so i shouldn’t have problems. Rh wise i started the grow around 70 in vegitative. Now i push it down while entering flowering, now the range is 45-60

That is too wrong,
Set your temps to 25-30c
RH 50-80 depends what temps you avg between 25-30.
Because your in a 2x2 it's better to be in the 55-65 RH range as it's too conjested in there as it is and we don't wanna risk mold too much.
Flowering needs water, heat, light, as much as possible, focus on maintain those 3 elements and you will have a good cycle.

What are your temps now ? And rh ?
I have no idea what medium you use, but Its normal for plants to droop a lil after watering in not so airy mixes, especially if temps are low and rh is high, they are just deprived of oxygen everywhere, roots and leaves.
Also, back off the nutes, you don't have a tip here tip there burnt, all your tips are burnt, over feeding will stress your plant aswell and will delay flowering as in terms it won't flower properly.

My temp is 25 can’t kick it up higher with the current resources.
I have light soil with pertile and some allmix at the bttom. How many times do you feed per week? Let’s say you water every other day. So 3 to 4 times a week, how many of them are just watering in others are feeding?

I feed every watering, roots love consistency.
So I'm giving the same amount with each watering (raising it as the plant grows), if I see it needs more or can handle more, I raise again slowly, if I'm burning I back off also slowly.
Flushing and all that is pure shocks to the rootzone.
You want to maintain a stable rootzone in terms of ph, moisture, temp, nutrients available etc
In flowering it's most important as it's a 60-+ days race, each day something happens (bulking, stacking, densing up) indoor it happens at a fast rate and you gotta be on top of it.

If your temp is 25, I saw your rh is 52 which is good, your gonna have a slow pace, your light is not enough to deliver the explosive growth your after at this temp.
Leds work better with heat, in low temps... Popcorn buds.
But maybe the quality will make up for it.

VPD charts are a extremely good guide to use if you want to give the plants the best environment when it comes to temps and RH.

Here is the one that I'm using. I like this one because it's already factors in the room temp - leaf temp variation.

So for your stage of growth your VPD is pretty good right now. 25 degree and 55 RH puts you around 0.9-1.2 VPD which is exactly where you want to be

@Kola_Kreator thanks man for your advices. I got the light meter, you were completely right, my 100w light is kinda a joke. I put it down to almost 13-14 inches and my lux meter at the hottest spot is 45k Lux. I don’t know if I should put the money to get a decent TS1000 for flowering in my 2x2x4 or just wait to get some experience in this first run to me.

Yea. I'm getting average 4oz per entire grow in my 2x2 with 200W (at 75%) of light. Granted I run super short veg times but that's a long way from 7oz per plant. ha.
