But the need to go past 3 is mostly unwarranted. I have a few vermicomposters, 2 of which are homemade and one is a commercial tiered system. Ive been using these for years and just felt I and my garden needed to have the multi-staged compost bins to complement them.

I turn my compost after it holds a temp between 120-150 for 4-5 day, then usualy once or twice a week thereafter as long as temps are maintained.

I know, why is this in my grow journal...well, why not?

Anyhow, the Pineapple Express are doing well, Its safe to say they took to the greenhouse without a hitch, have handled the temps so much better than I had expected. This mornings inspection brought me delight as the smells are even stronger and the buds are looking to stack-up nicely.
I think another few days of 25/75 grow/bloom with Earthjuice Seablast ratio will be in order.

IMG_4661.JPG IMG_4662.JPG So here we are, approximately 24 days into flower (give or take a day or 2). 2 days ago they started on 100% Bloom, which Is the Earthjuice Seablast.
The plants seem to be liking it, so I'll continue with this schedule, although I might top dress with some guano next week, we'll see.

Dude it's such a good strain too. It has colors if the temp drops at night. I had 2 different phenos. Both were excellent smoke. Taste was phenomenal. High was great bag appeal was nice too.downloadfile-7.jpg

Nice, back several years ago when I was growing indoors, I did a run with PE, and it was just fantastic, like you stated flavor, high, bag appeal, easy grower, not as finnicky as some strains.
Your PE V2 is looking sharp man, Im looking forward to seeing how it finishes.

Thanks man. It smells amazing. Had a little snafu few days ago but all is well again. I think it's gonna yield on the high end. I ready to see some nugs building. But I'm vegging 70 days then flipping it.

I spent a little time in the greenhouse this morning. The Pineapple Express are growing strong, still getting a bit more height. The flowers are filling the branches nicely.
I havent top dressed yet, I think Im going to hold off for another week or so, if I even do it at all.
The aroma is citrus and getting strong.
Next week I might be running a large filter exhaust. I'm legal, but I dont want to draw the attention of ne'erdowells thinking theres a free supply of herb close by.

Its spires of buds
Anticipation is condition Im finfing more and more difficult to accept. When not at work, or busy doing anything away from home, I frequent my greenhouse at least a dozen times a day.

Lookn really good man. Does it have a dark coffee smell with some dank skunk earthy fruity smell on the stem rub? That's what my pheno had. It really was my all time favor flavor of a strain. Superb man. I can't wait to see them finish. Those colas will fill alot more. Mine got super dense. And was sticky you couldn't par toke in a paper the goo clogged the end shut after about 5 or 6 hits.

Its been a couple weeks since my last update. The Pineapple Express have just about topoed out their stretch, now the flowers are beginning to fill in. These stalks are heavy and fat despite how they look in the pics.
About another month and a half for these beauties.

With this weeks intense heat I figured the Pineapple Express would be suffering in the greenhouse, so I set-up 2 more fans, 1 for heat extraction the other for circulation. We have 5 total fans in the GH and they seem to be doing the trick. I did break one lower side branch off while moving fans around, bummer, but its trimmed and drying now. Might be an oz or so off it when its dry most likely more.
Here's a couple shots...
Still a ways away from harvest.
