new egg do really cheep fans, look for a higher CFM for more power. If it's stealth you're looking for try EndPCNoise they have some really quiet fans on there as well as sound reducing fan mounts.

Re-reading your post I'm thinking that you want an extraction fan instead of an actual pc case fan? Well sorry I can't help you there, just saying I have seen quite a couple of cabinets (medium size, i.e. large chest of draws converted) using a couple of PC fans that work fine. Just my two pennies.
