small pots

i have 6 clones under 400 mh now for over 2 weeks and theyre all over a foot tall, but the bigger theyre getting the more i have to water them. the pots i have them in are a little under a gallon and im just wondering if im going to trans plant them, even they only have little over a week of veg left. the leaves droop slightly when the plant begins to need water and ive noticed its getting more and more frequent. so i keep watering every other day or even closer intervals because i can tell when theyre getting the least bit droopy, usually when the soil is dry. is this because theyre in a small pot and will it affect the plants growth when i trans plant them in about a week and ahalf. they say a gallon for every foot of growth and these plants are well over a foot tall. obviously ive never grown before and im curious if ive been veging thses things right.

I'm not an expert, but I would transplant them because their roots are still growing and you want them to be as healthy as possible when it comes time to flower (and even before that). Besides, with all those buds you are going to need some Xtra room right?

with only a week left and being only a foot tall I would transplant right now into 3 gal pots.... if not bigger. but a 1 gal. pot aint gonna do it

well, ill be flowering in 3 gal. pots, but for now will they be ok for a week and a half? otherwise ill transplant them right away. i cant see any roots coming out the side holes or bottom hole of my pots. maby thats good. but i wanted the root ball small and compact so there would be lots of room in the 3 gallon pot. is this right? i have no idea how big my plants are going to be when theyre done, guessing about 3-4 feet.

Id say 3ft.... Id also say do it right away...

are you waiting for something specific to happen first??? Id do it to get it over with- jst in case of like transplant shock or something- you dont want to slow them while flowering
