Smoke Report: Manitoba N.L.#5 X ruderalis.

Well the first local outdoor of the season is now available and the strain in question is a ruderalis x nl#5 from the manitoba interlake. Unfortunately this stuff has not had a proper cure, the smell at first is sweet but is quickly followed by a musty pine smell which is not too pleasant. But thats not always the most important

As you can see theres a few trics on the bud and despite being a little leafy is pretty dense for this lattitude.
Now the fun part.

When i cracked open the bud to pack my pipe there were beautiful amber crystals just packed in there, pretty typical of windwhipped marijuana from good genetics.
Light it up!
Not too bad, pretty hashy, and that must is still present but smooth. You can definately taste the outdoors in this bud if you know what i'm saying. The high is very stoney, i found myself forgetting what im doing and very cotton mouthed. I dont mind this grass and it was only 120 for an oz. I'l probably cure it for a while though, if only to have around to break up the monotony of smoking my homegrown all the time.
Though if i had to take only one i'd take mine 10 times out of 10.

Anyhow, just thought i'd throw my 2cents in on what alot of people round here will be smoking this year. (apparently this grower pulled about 150lbs from his 3 patches this year, not bad considering the weather has been shit and more shit.)
You guys and gals take care.:weed:

I'd love to see any smoke reports other people have. It seems like all this forum is for is asking about seedbanks.
