he never said that he invented the internet. he phrased his speech clumsily and it was immediately and deliberately misconstrued and then parroted.

People should take a couple days and watch cspan during the day, then watch the news at night. what gets reported is not even close to what actually happens in congress. Folks need to see it with there own eyes.

Yes..... and they are both lies..... 4.5 million jobs have been lost.

BUT according to Obama ....650k were saved. No one believes that. The numbers tell a different story. Obama math is a political math. It doesn't hold up.

Obama said ...pass the stimulus ... and unemployment would not go above 8%. It's now 10% and climbing. Obamanomics......is not economics....it is a path to grow the federal govt.

Obama is flaming out. He knows it.

...again al gore was not lying. by knowingly continuing the "i invented the internet" misquote however, you are clearly lying.

as far as obama, he may very well have saved and/or created 650k individual jobs in spite of the growing unemployment crisis. dishonest and ingenuine yes, likely not a lie. he never said that he decreased the unemployment rate by 650+ jobs, did he?

im not defending him, as it was deliberately misleading in its implication, but none the less you are wrong about it being a lie.

left wing, right wing both are just too extreme and fanatical, its my bet that some didnt even read the whole post before they started with there rant. try the middle so you can be objective. its not about the republicans or democrats, its about the survival of our country and the well being of its inhabitants.

again al gore NEVER claimed to have invented the internet. networking technology was invented by the military. the 'internet' as a vast public network (a series of tubes) took legislation to lay the groundwork for, of which al gore was a proponent. that was all he claimed. your notion that he claimed to have invented the internet is a deliberately perpetuated and parroted lie that you knowingly take part in. its kind of sad.

He didn't initiate anything.... and everyone knew what he meant by it at the time. Gore always had an insecurity about himself, and the need for constant apporval leads him down the wrong paths every time.

Want to know the correct position of an issue.... check Al Gore's and then examine the opposite.

Obama is turning out to be the same kind of politician. Just check the opposite of what he says, and find the truth.
