Sodium Bulb?

will this sodium bulb do for a mother plant?i have a reflector SON E Eliptical Internal Ignitor 70 watt ES

or this?Metal Halide Eliptical 100 watt HQI-E Warm Daylight

If i had to choose only one i would go with the MH....but for that price i would get them both...

because i dont think the first one is high pressure sodium? just sodium! not too sure wether that would work cheers

Cant get the link it seems to be dead...anyway the other bulb is high pressure alright but i´m affraid that´s all to it if u want some of this u still need to get a ballast...in wich case i ould consider something a little bigger like a 400w Hps like this one
