Soil/nutrients for micro grow from seed

I will be starting a micro grow shortly and am a bit confused as to what soil and fertilizers I should use. I plan to do 12/12 from seed. I was told to use fox farm ocean forest, and then start fertilizing after several weeks (big bloom and tiger bloom). I did some further reading and it seems that in some cases the ffof will give new seedlings nutrient burn? Should I use the ff light warrior instead (and start fertilizing earlier than with ffof)? And will big bloom and tiger bloom be adequate to raise my plants to harvest? Based on what I have read, the plants will take around two months before they are harvested. I will be using lst.
