Hey whats up everyone? the past few bags i've bought have had several seeds. I'm currently germinating 3, and one has sprouted. I'm thinking more and more about letting it grow, but needed some stuff cleared up first to see if I should go through with it.
I'm 19, and live in an apartment, so my first question is how to deal with the smell. From what I've read on here, the smell comes with flowering. Is there any way to keep the smell down? I've read about the carbon filters, so I know about those. any other ideas??? I know it's probably inevitable, I'm just tying to find out if I can make it smell less at all. I have enough privacy, my landlord hasnt been in my apartment since i first moved here in June, and I don;t cause any problems that would attract attention....just not sure what to do about the smell. I've got a walk in closet in my bedroom that i would be using.
Next is the lights. I've read that CFL's use less electricty, but I'm trying to find out which one will have the least impact on my power bill. I'd be growing very small scale, just enough for me to smoke. probably not more than one at a time. So if I had one lets say...40 watt CFL for one plant, would that be enough??
