some questions on what led's or cob's to pair to drivers

i've got 5 old drivers from a couple of led lights i'd like to re-use
been messing around with 'm and it got me thinking how to properly measure output voltage...
(tested with 240 V AC wall output // Europe)

DC voltage output without lights connected 102 V
voltage output with lights connected 77 V (light pulling 625 mA)

voltage on fan lead without fan connected 14 V
voltage on fan lead with fan connected 10 V (pulling 120 mA)

kill-a-watt says it's pulling about 57 to 60 Watts.

Usually i'd go with 102 V DC output (as measured without a load) @ 625 mA (as measured) per driver to calculate my refit capabilities... but now i'm doubting

i've been thinking to use some bridgelux cob's for these (3 per driver)
-cob code: LED COB V18 3500K SQUARE // bxre-35e4000-c-73 (digikey 976-1457-ND)

Would that do any good...and / or any other ideas on what to use as lights per driver?
