Trimming both wet and dry have the potential to lose trichomes, when wet they are sticky and will stick to hands and scissors and whatever else it comes into contact with and when dry the trichomes are more dry and brittle and could snap and fall of if not careful enough so both methods have the potential to lose potency just not a whole lot so it's upto you whatever you find easier

Tried both method's last run and came up with "wet is the best" for trimming your bush:eyesmoke:.....When the leave's dry they wanna stick to your bud's it seems and become part of it maybe?.....Plus, I really enjoy scraping the fresh trich's and hair's off y scissor's rolling into BB's drying for a few hrs and chiefing em

I will say I handle my wet buds pretty carefully so as not to crush the trichs which Think? Will cause degredation.

Also think? The tricks get more dolid as it dries but you can more easily knock them off once dry.
50 to 1 a half fozen to another.

I just like to trim close and hate rootinh around all the tangled mess when its dry.
