Spacing question for LED DIYers

Hey there
Long time lurker first time poster,
I'm just starting out a new venture with LED lighting. My space is 2'x4'. I'm Looking at building a basic F-strip aluminium frame etc. The build, the maths, the electrics are figured out bar 1 small question.
With my space being 565mm deep and the 2' strips coming in at 560mm am I being optimistic looking at these strips? is 2.5mm each side enough wiggle room or am I asking for trouble?
Thanks Guys

Well I have a bunch of twin heat sinks currently in my 2x4 , like 3 of them and they are deeper than my tent, doesnt hurt anything though.

2ft is 608mm , where did your 565mm figure come from? Subtracting the pole thickness?

Sorry I should of stated that I grow in a built in wardrobe so the walls and doors are rigid, there’s literally no give. I know that leds can be pretty delicate so I’m trying to head off problems so I don’t buy twice.
Failing that it’d have to be cobs I think but strips are my first choice.

10 thou on either side. That is cutting it tight. But as long as they slide in they do not care.

@printer, I really just wanted to check there was no hidden dimension that hadn't been allowed for. Space is at a premium here and to be able to run a few less watts and a little less fan power is very welcome. Those pesky inline fans aren't conducive to a good nights sleep at full pelt in the same room. thanks
