SPider mites or SOmething else im not sure please help

hey i started to notice about three days ago these spots on my leaves that slowly made hole and it looks like something eating myplants or there rotting idk any ways there from clones and have not been nuted there 5 weeks old but the problem seems to be on every single one soil is foxfarm nutes none yet water is tap ph is 6 room temp is 80 lights are flours here is a link to my journal where the pics are

Pretty sure it's not spider mites, but looks like something is having a munch.
