spider mites

so i had spider mites real bad last year, and i have a bunch of white on black plastic that i want to reuses,but is it safe.do you think there could be eggs still on the plasic. the plastic has been in a 30 gallon bucket for over a year let me know asap please

Spread it out and scrub with a 10-20% solution of bleach water on both sides,let it sit for about 30 minutes, then rinse well and dry. Should be good to go then.
