Ok..I was thinking, what happens if you veg a clone indoors for 24 hours, and then put it outside??Will it start to flower, despite the early spring sunlight??Will the change in photo-period force flowering??I simply do not have the privacy to grow plants for the entire season!!So whatcha' think, veg for a couple weeks, then transplant outside in the early spring/summer months....hopefully they will bud,cus I know that the eraly season sunlight promotes vegging, not flowering...

No. Your plant will just stay vegging untill it's time to flower on it's own. If you want to force flower you will have do it indoors with 12/12 light schedule.
