Rock hard buds, this berry, grape, chemical mixture very unique smell and flavor, no doubt will only get tastier as it cures

Smoked a bowl and already am very happy with the potency, may be one of the most potent in the garden at the moment. Hits you fast , relaxing and calming, great hybrid and it’s a real throwback in high, that I haven’t felt in years. I am very happy with this strain

And she looks so beautiful to boot, concentrates are gonna be fun to experiment with , great potential , I highly recommend her and might go grab some more mass medical beans right now

Shout out dc seed exchange

Grown under timber grow lights cob leds
2 gallon hempy bucket
57 days of flower

Thanks man appreciate it

I haven’t heard of moonshine mass , what’s that consist of?
Sorry i didn't know you had wrote that,i got a pass i'm old,hehehe.
Moonshine Mass
A beautiful, specially selected Old School Haze provides the background for this Critical Mas hybrid. Typically Sativa, it grows tall, finishing at around 2-3 meters in perfect conditions, and was chosen for its mountainous, Christmas-tree style growth structure that becomes the framework for some of the most intoxicating flowers in our genetic library. It is a very homogeneous strain...nodes are equally spaced and the profile is nearly always symmetrical as it soars upward during its vegetative cycle. Unusually for a Haze it has a violent and furiously short flowering period and this is due to the Monster Mass influence in its genetic makeup- a most appealing trait for those that love Sativa strains but struggle to fit them in with their normal grow schedules. As recommended with Monster Mass, FIMing these photoperiod plants early and applying low stress training (LST) will fully maximise the final crop and can make all the difference in the quality of the final product which will consist of huge, mid-density silver/blue buds that should be fully loaded with oily, pungent, psychoactive resin and stinking of stinking of sharp Gin/Citrus with Hazey pine undertones.
Genetics: Monster Mass X Old School Haze
THC: 22%
SMELL: Buds have an overripe fruit smell, mixed with sharp Gin and fresh citrus- an extremely refreshing aroma that finishes with a heady, hazey pine note.

TASTE: Matches the smell, acrid and almost alcoholic with the sharp gin balanced by the sweet lemon and grapefruit. Very Hazey and subtle tastes of pine and sandalwood on the exhale.

EFFECT: A very psychoactive Sativa effect. Clear but intoxicating it definitely sets your heart beating and blood pumping. It's effects are described by many here as "100% proof" and The soaring high is extremely long lasting- definitely a daytime smoke.

BAG APPEAL: Fat and mega sticky silvery-blue buds that are fully loaded with Psychoactive resin glands and tipped with ice white hairs. Very dense, these buds cure fantastically to produce glittering jewels that surpass many other Sativa strains visually and once broken open the sharp sweet aroma oozes out from within.

Outdoor yield: Approx 750g/per plant
Indoor yield: Approx 600g/m2
Outdoor flowering period: Early October.
Indoor flowering period: Approx 60 - 65 days
THC: 22%

I actually bought it because it was sale, hahaha ..It's on it's way from Seed-City ..Their payment options really suck ..If you don't have Bitcoin or willing to throw away your money with a Bank Transfer:wall:....Star Pupil at DC Seeds are out of stock until Summer 2018(said on site)

Hey all,
Looks like this thread is pretty old but thought I would join in cos I have just started my first grow with some star pupil bag seeds, 3 weeks ago. They were from a pretty crappy grow to be fair, so I'm hoping I can produce something as good as that but cautiously optimistic as it is my first grow. Would love any advice you can give.
Thanks

If you know the grower of the star pupil that produced "bag seed" you might want to find out if they were intentional seeds or seeds resulting from light bleed or hermaphrodite traits.

Knowing that might save you some headaches with your grow.

Star Pupil is a bit of a slow vegger in my opinion, but produces some colorful and worthy bud. Good luck.

I just transplanted 4 F2 Prayer Pupil from cups to 1 gallon containers. Hoping to pollen chuck using a decent male with some earlier finishing outdoor girls for next years fun.
Of course any females will get a shot at the indoor rotation and might get some love from any decent males I find too. I'm thinking at least one will be purple (from the Star Pupil) but we'll see...

Their mom, did have a hippie soap smell per the breeder description and the potency was good too. Grew like a sativa / indica hyrid and responds well to topping. It may have even been very good...my tolerance sometimes spikes a little high, so you might want to consider others input as well.

Cheers for the reply!
You have a point, Rob Roy. Sadly, I don't know the grower but there were a lot of seeds and most look like mature seeds. If they came from a hermy plant, would the seeds all be hermy? Sorry if that's a really naive question, and thanks for the tips! I will drop some pics of them

It depends on what the cause of the "hermie" was, if that's what happened.

A full on hermie would hermie regardless of how well grown they are or even if no light bleed or other stress was involved. I'd probably be wary of those seeds. You're very likely to get hermies again, even if you're cautious and do everything right.

Seeds that resulted from light bleed could be a better bet and will have high percentage of females. You still could get hermies, but a lower probability than the circumstances described above.

It's also possible whoever grew the Star Pupil had a male or two get rambunctious and pollinated the bud. In that case your seeds would be "regular seeds" and you'd have males and females.

I'm still playing guess the gender with my babies. They're 5 weeks now and I have noticed that two of the plants are producing resin on the top leaves, they also look taller and more "spindly". Having said that, I have some star pupil and possibly something else, and cos I didn't label them, I have literally no idea what I'm gonna get. Definitely going to be a lot more prepared next time. Anyway, gonna see if I can upload some photos and would really appreciate any tips, or outright criticism cos in fairness I probably am doing everything wrong

I've grown tons of Herm seeds, all that matters is if the mother plant was good enough quality, if you stressed it to Herm, avoid doing that in the offspring, or if you're like me; do exactly that and weed out all the offspring who exhibit the same traits as the mother. Some Herm seeds are amazing in potential, you don't know which is which till you finish flowering and smoke it, best of luck.

Thanks, Shua.
They're growing really fast now but I've still got a couple of younger plants in the tent, this is bad planning lol! I was going to switch them to 12-12 in a couple of weeks, probably a little early but I don't have much space. I've been looking at LST but I think as it's my first grow I'm gonna intervene as little as possible, and improve on my next grow.

Quick update- I ended up with 4 girls! Gave 2 to a friend so I could spread mine out a bit. They've grown really well and just started flowering. Will drop a pic soon. Thanks for all the advice
