"Starter kit" or so to say

Wadd up everyone, i got like 5 sprouts 3 of them are 4" 5" tall the other 2 are newer and much smaller what should i use to produce the strongest plants

Im looking for things like what lights to use, how many hours of light and no light what are the ideal kinds of fertilizers.. yea all the goods. Thanks to anyone that helps.
