starting a tiny grow what do i need?

hello i cant buy weed anymore from anyone so i was wondering what i would need to grow like 1 plant in a closet im gonna try use some cfl.
for a 1 plant grow how many lights do i need for a 3 ft tall and 2 ft wide space.?
and if someone can tell me about the different kinds of lights i need.

23w or higher CFLS
blue spectrum 6500k for veg. (cool white)
red spectrum 2700k or 3000k for flwr.(warm white)
keep lights close,but not TOO close with cfls

Start reading the threads mate, then plant a seed in about a year if you think you are ready, or have a go now and good luck, you will need a thousand questions answered otherwise. but in response to your original question, the more light the better.

would 8 lights be good for 3 ft tall and 2ft wide area?
