Starting indoors

Well im gonna to be planting for my first time soon and id like to start indoors but not for too long how long should i keep em inside before stansplanting to my site?

Depends on where you are growing what the temp is like outside. When do your garden centers start stocking their items outside?

i like to let them get 12" or so. then when they do go out they will be strong and more likely to make it. i have problems with cutworms and snails/slugs, so i let them get sturdy stalks first.

do you really need someone to hold your hand and tell you what to do? i don't even see a problem in your question. too long.......? wtf? stop asking questions you all ready have answers to.

hmm stealth is kinda an issue how many days does it take to get roughly 12" ?
