strange brown spots on older leaves - caterpillars?

epsoma garden tone at recommended mixing levels
garden lime

worm castings

Long story short, I was out of town for a week, and all the plants grew explosively. However each one has these strange clustered brown spots, mainly on the older leaves. It doesn't look like anything I have seen before in my years of growing. Could this be a calcium deficiency etc, or is this a pest such as caterpillars? Any input is appreciated. They are located in the woods amidst heavy foliage (but spots with great sun).

Look out for this guy if you find him kill him. His name is the four lined plant bug. I wouldn't say its a positive id but they mess up everything, so other plants around them could be affected. If you see damage on other plants in the area that could be your guy.
