strange spotting on fan leaves, seems to be getting worse.

They have been there for a few weeks and don't seem to do much harm but now it's like they're multiplying.

Any idea on what it is, what's causing it and how to fix it and prevent it from happening in the future?

Any bugs around? that looks like thrip damage to me have you looked @ a deficiency chart?

I would have to agree.

That damage really does look like thrips damage.

I think I even see black fecal dots on the leaves too.
