Stunted and Over fed???? HELP!!! ( pics)

today my plants are 3 weeks old and they havent grew for the past week i have pics from now and than i think its because i didnt switch pots fast enough not sure tho.... the other problem is i think im over feeding im not sure but only on one of my plants the other has a MG defiancy and im sure of it im takin care of it atm.... and an other problem with the one i think i over fed is that its main stem has bent ALOT how the fuk did that happen????? the only growth ive noticied is that thev gotten taller... well heres the pics

okay you have over fertilization. what size out your pots. you need to flush the soil. for every gallon of soil. flush it will 3 gallons of water. i would to this in a bath tub with a milk jug
