Stupid cfl question

I everyone what cfl would you recommend i currently use a150watt 5500k but my plants seem to just grow upwards i want them to fill out abit am i doing something wrong here

have you tried LST and topping? it sounds more like a training issue than a lighting issue

5500 is cool white that grows a short squat shitty plants

but this light color is needed too...for the leaves

go get another 150w cfl ensure its warm white or 2700 kelvin
