Substitute to N-P-K nutrients in soil?

I have been using composted cow manure for a number of years now in my soil mix and love the shit and so do my plants. It lasts for one cycle than I toss another bag in the dirt and mix and grow. IMHO the most important part of any mix is worm castings, if you can get them use 25% in your mix.

I dunno about manure but what your saying about EWC is spot on.
If I where to start over today I would probably do a base soil of like 40% coir and 40% EWC + whatever else suits my fancy. This stuff is REQUIRED in organics, probably the single most important thing.
