No carbon filter?

All good if you just want to smell weed and air wick I suppose. If you are trying not to get arrested I'd recommend a quality carbon filter. small investment
How does "3 layers of carbon filter pad" equate to "no carbon filter"? Did I say I could smell weed? Pretty sure I said it was completely masked.

I've got a carbon filter, but my tent is open a lot. My homemade ONA kills any residual odor.
Is the Ona in the same space as the weed? Because it's common knowledge that Ona makes weed taste like Ona if they're in the same room together.

ONA makes a liquid that I may try. If you find it on Amazon, you'll see that a lot of people are buying it with the soil moist crystals.
Apparently, I was not the first person to think of this... (dang)

No that's a old thing. I suspect that one little Air Wick IN the heating unit would work even better than Ona, if it didn't work without the heating.

It is in the garage, not the tent.
My weed doesn't taste like ONA (or febreze).
BTW who actually tasted ONA? That's weird, don't you think?

Cool, yeah residual I can see , makes sense.

Carbon filter is definitely required gear if you are trying to be stealthy.
True, but you don't actually need a canistar full of it unless it's a big grow. For small home grows, like in a chamber, carbon filter pads work fine. Just need a few layers of it. There is still a slight odor sometimes but nothing a normal air freshener can't cure, as I mentioned.

I've read a few people posting that. I don't use it myself so can't vouch. If it doesn't then fine. I guess it's fine if it's outside the actual grow chamber/room. I did try it before once but it didn't do shit so stopped wasting money. Besides, I hate the smell. Smells like a urinal.

I was being facetious. I doubt if anyone ever put a spoonful of ONA in their mouths, but it would be funny...
When I hear people say something tastes like shit, I'm tempted to ask how many times they have actually tasted shit. Have they tried different types of shit? Maybe they can find one that they like...

Yep I get it , if you are talking carbon filter pad, like the cheap stuff from walmart its going to do fine for a bit , until those plants start to bud then it will fail. I say this because I have tried a bunch of home brew solutions and none came close to a carbon filter.
I have used the pad stacked 8 thick, 4 packs of it stuffed into a can for a housing, as well as two variations of my own large can with 5 gals of activated carbon and none were worth a shit after veg. A can 33 solved all my problems and is worth every penny.
That "slight odor" is a no go if stealth is necessary. I have grown in several small cabs (6 pots) and there is no way that pad is going to keep you from smelling weed. weed and air wick still smells like weed.

all good if you don't need stealth.

It's working for me. Maybe you're just growing stink weed. This stuff aint cheap btw, about $40 for 4 sheets about the size of a sheet of paper. It's AeraMax brand. My chambers are only 1/2 a square meter, so 1 sq m in total. You may have a crapload.

I steal those intermittent spray things that hang on the walls in all the bathrooms of the bars I frequent. Then hide them under stuff around the building. Fresh linen all day long, with a new burst every 15 minutes :):):)

Cool if its working, can't argue with that. but be ready just in case.
I used the aquarium fabric from walmart so may be different than what you have going, I don't think I paid anywhere near $40.

On my first couple indoor grows (2008-9) I tried a bunch of home brew ideas, and was running some autos along with Blue moonshine in a cab I built (threads are here somewhere I think) and they went well for a few weeks. Then bam ! like there was no filter. Those shitty little lowryders stunk like hell. (garbage smoke)
I had 4 LRIIs , and 4 BM in that first run.

Can 33 for me, worth that peace of mind.
