Hi Guys 'n' Gals

Any ideas or suggestions as to what is causing the bottom leaf droop OR the drying of the very tips of leaves further up the plant?
This is my second grow and i got the same problem last grow too (althoug less this grow).
Apart from this i think they are healthy and all flowering well (into week 4-5) :hump:
Please see the pics below

I am growing in home made bubbler (3 plants per 3-4 gallon tub - with 2 large airstones).
Growing from cutting origionaly from bag seeds.
Lighting is 200 CFL (and a couple of house hold CFLs. :? )
I am using Bloom by Advanced Nutriants (strenght currently @ 800pm when adding the nutes, but i have no PPM meter so am guessing a little here - can i up this much?)
I have never changed the water (only re-filled it up with water and nutes), although i changed it often during the first grow in an attempt to cure this problem, but to no avail (the problem was also worse during the first grow & the plants are looking much healthier this grow without the water changes...i am feeding less than the last grow though.)
Water / nutes are kept to 5.4 - 6.0ph and water temp is around 24c - 28c (i am trying to reduce this!)
I add Hydrogen peroxide every few days ( @ 5ml per 10 - 15 ltrs ) (in an attempt to stop the leaf droop, but this does not seem to work  . Buds seem to like it though :hump: ).
Room temp is 21c - 30c MAX (a little warm, i know, but ventilation is reasonable.....better out take is my next plan :-? ).
Room/cupboard is little over 1m3.

There is not much light reaching the bottom growth, so i am wondering if this could be causing the bottom leaf droop?
New growth and bud growth towards to bottom of the plant is also a pale green and small (although is more than smokeable). Should i cut off this bottom bud growth to let the rest grow better or let it grow? (see pic with drooping leaf).

The dry leaf tips do not appear to be a problem, as the rest of the leaf is fine. I am wondering if this is a small nutes burn? although i see no other leaf burn and dont think i am over feeding....

If anyone has any ideas, advice tips, suggestion or even demands on how to grow better i would love to here it..

The better i can grow my weed, the happier (and more stoned) i become  :blsmoke:

Keep Growing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :peace:

Thanks
