Second year of growing outdoors and I am growing three plants, as seen in pictures I have put a tarp over because of rain

A few questions

1. In the first two pictures you can see one of the three plants compared to the plant in picture three looks to be struggling like there is no crystal formation and size to the buds? Any ideas what wrong with this plant?

2. Looking at picture three I have rainfall forecast for atleast about a weeks time zzz I have covered the plants with a tarp because I assume it is asking for mould this far into the grow, knowing it's atleast a weeks worth of rain should I cut them down now? Do I keep them under my shelter for a weeks time but they will get minimal sunlight?

how long they been in flower?
If I was scared of the rain I'd maybe situate a tarp like a lean2 so they got some light and little rain on top.
is that mold on the leaves currently ?

I would have thought covering them with a tarp would Induce mould due to lack of air and sunlight. If mould has started already you may be incubating it further just my thoughts

Good tip for mold 2 teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide 3% mixed in 20 oz of water mist infected plants 2 times a day (make sure they are in the shade when you spray them) for 2-3 weeks and its gone
