Wow!! 2 ECs that's insane! Yeah I always keep a little small notepad next to my cab to keep little details like that, sometimes you forgot after not running a plant for a cycle.

Hell Yah! SoCal can grow some ranks for sure!!

lol, I thought it was a little high too, but I just ran the nute recipe 100% out of curiosity. No harm no foul so far. More food = more buds?

Honestly you have to try stuff out. Thinking outside the box creates new techniques!

Vegging Photo Update

As you can see from the photos we have some extra node growth, but its slow due to the size and age of the plant. I have a target date of March 26th to put her into flower so lets see how it goes! Right now the current solution of nutrients:

2ml of Dyna-Grow
5ml of Cal-Mag
5ml of Sensizym from AN
1ml of Prime from Heavy16
1 Gal of RO Water




She's about 8 inches tall right now but the nodes are all at the top, I am going to start aggressive LST and some topping so i can get more a bush than a christmas tree

Have you noticed purpling on the leaves? I got 3 clones in Sacramento and they're all purpling up on me. Might be a bit cold but not quite sure if it's genetic or temp.

sherbet has been on my hit list for awhile I've grown pink panties but never the sherbet

Unfortunately I have seen anything other than the purple striping on the stems. It's been about 90 degrees here in SoCal so my temps have been low 80s :/
Hoping some purple comes once she starts flower. I did some aggressive LST on her hoping it will spring a growth spurt

I got a sherbet clone from a shop here in socal, and she hermied. not saying yours will, but there is some unstable genetics out there

Oh that's not good. Wonder if it's the same batch of clones from up north that made their way down here. Where did you get yours from?

If it hermies, im wondering if it would be worth it to grow out the seeds in search of more stability

I used to get some OG from them, stuff was really good. Fingers crossed my doesn't Hermie

Ya, I dont hold it against them. They have a good operation there. Hermies happen
Its a great spot to go to for clones or teens without preorder

Sorry haven't updated in while I was finishing up the Chemdog Grow. Anyways, here she is, took a few clones from here that's why she's a bit barren but overall she's going.


Since I started I've topped her twice, supercropped her 4 times and taken 2 clones off her. She's looking a but saggy cause I have her too high of nutrients but she'll bounce back fine

I would say 10 days or less, I'm super excited! I keep seeing so many good things on IG under the #PurpleCityGenetics I can't wait to flower her. I would highly recommend you give it another shot!

BTW I got some sick new clones to flower:

Archive Seeds- Oregon Lemons (from my buddies seed pack as well)
Crockett Farms - Double Tangie Banana
InHouse Genetics - La Platina (this is from my friends Pack he bought) so I've smoked her before
PCG - Girl Scout Cookies (supposedly this is the cut of the SF cup winner in 2014...supposedly we will see)

I'm really happy with my purple city genetics doubledream it's got darker greenish buds with purpling on the tips & an unreal amount of sugar frosting my I- pad don't take good enough pics to show it
