I think my biggest issue is my pots are taking too long to dry out 5-7 days sometimes when it should be more like 2-4 days. On the next round I've added more purlite and so far so good. Can't let all the salts build up in the soil.

Add more perlite to the pro mix and add a 1-2" layer of perlite in the bottom of the bucket. I had the same issue as you but not any more.

That's the plan. I've added more pirlite to my one gallon pot and it looks like there needing water more frequently

Requested one and was contacted and told its on its way 3 weeks ago now
Right. They told me it prob won't ship for a few weeks but they would send me the tracking number when they do. I still gotta cook my soil for anther 6 weeks so I'm not in too much of a hurry.

I actually bugged my mom and sister to ask fir a sample as well to be shipped to their homes so I can get extras haha

Haha. Not elephant poo. Not sure why they gave it the name. Mammoth p is a "microbial inoculated " they say it helps you plants uptake phosphorus and other micronutrients by increasing the good bacteria in your soil.

Finally got my free sample of Mammoth P. It took about 3 months, hopefully it owns up to the hype
Glad to see you got your sample, mine was delayed a few months while they worked through all of their orders but has finally cleared customs and should be arriving soon. Growmau5's video on the results of using it vs another brand really got me interested in trying it out.
