SWC vs. DWC

I know this is the DWC section but there isn't a SWC(short water cuilture). I was just wondering how they compare.

Reservoir depth is subjective. Deep to one could very well be considered shallow by another; same thing really. Just give the roots plenty of space and it doesn't matter.
