I was swapping bulbs, two single lamp fixtures, just suppliments. New bulbs neither worked, i thought that odd i got two bad new bulbs but put old ones back in that had been running 10 mins before, nothing...

I didnt turl light off during swap.

Did i blow the ballast? Is there any troubleshooting that can be done on these?

sounds like you need a new ballast. I've been using these and after 5 years their still going strong https://www.1000bulbs.com/product/91989/PLUSRITE-7319.html they are commercial grade ballast with a 5 year warranty and much more reliable than the fulham or ballastwise units found in many grow lights.ballast are pretty easy to replace.

Ballast is the only issues, unless you knocked a wire out of one of the tombstones. There just push in connections. Give them a pull and a wiggle.
