Unplug the light before sticking any tools in there. I shouldn't have to say that... but seeing some of the questions that gets asked around here I figured I should.... maybe I shouldn't?
Thankscheck the connections inside of the unit. These little plastic clips are shitty, wiggle the other bulbs with a new one installed, check the new bulb in a new socket first.
do you have a multimeter? see if there is any voltage on the pins since it seems like the bulb is not the problem.I gave a t5 light with 8 bulbs. Only one bulb went out. Tried 3 new bulbs and still won't work. Any ideas? Usually when one goes another does to.
